When you visit the site
The site is hosted by lowkeylab, owner Fabio D’Angelo, Prälat-Heckelmann-Straße 21, 63741 Aschaffenburg, Germany, on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you open it, the server technically has to store access data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the response status, the amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably. To detect faults and attacks, this data also goes to a monitoring server run by the host, likewise at Hetzner. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted after 15 days at the latest. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with lowkeylab. The access log is a single file shared by all projects on the server. lowkeylab therefore also analyses it under its own responsibility to protect the server and monitor its load (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Recognisable attack patterns lead to an automatic one-hour block of the IP address, and such IP addresses are deleted after 5 weeks at the latest.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Nothing is stored on your device for you either.
Fonts and videos
Fonts and videos are on this site's own server. Loading them sends no data to third parties such as Google or YouTube.
When you write to me
If you email me, I process your address and your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if it concerns a project, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I delete the message once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply. My mailbox is provided by lowkeylab and stored at ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.
Links to other sites
This site links to Instagram, LinkedIn and SoundCloud. These are plain links, nothing is embedded. Data only goes to these providers once you click a link. From then on, their privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just write to hello@ryanobada.com.
